Meet Tim & Todd Phillips
P & S Paving has been an asphalt paving contractor serving Daytona Beach, FL, since 1993. Brothers Tim and Todd Phillips were born and raised in Daytona Beach. Tim studied business administration at the University of Central Florida, and Todd majored in construction at the University of North Florida.
Putting these skills together made an unstoppable team.
They were driven to serve and improve their community by providing jobs and improving infrastructure throughout the state of Florida.
In Remembrance of Co-Founder Todd Phillips
William “Todd” Phillips passed away unexpectedly at the Mayo Clinic in March of 2020. Todd devoted over 30 years of his life to the profession. He started at Martin Paving and then founded P & S Paving in 1993. He was an honest businessman and leader in our community.
Many people can build to plans, but Todd had the mind to design-build state highways, parking lots, and underground utility projects. He was a great mentor to the team at P & S Paving, a loving friend, father, husband, brother, and uncle. Every job completed from this day forward, we complete in remembrance of him.
